June 23rd

Had a good week this week only put a lb of the three i lost last week back on. Cant understand where im going wrong really maybe im just not eating enough as i am now doing 5=7 days a week of zumba at 45mins a time. I dont really eat that much and im trying to cut out as much bread as i can now. But on the brighter side my clothes do seem to be getting slacker around me so that makes it all a little better!!!!

OOOHHHH and did i mention!!! i can also fit into those dresses now so im well pleased but i will carry on so they look even better on me i can do it i will do it!!!!

16th June

Wooohoooo had a good week this week i managed to lose 3lbs i am just so so happy with that especially as i dont know how lol. I havent been too careful with my diet but i have kept up the exercise i even bought two dresses that i cant fit into to inspire me so fingers crossed!!!!

Well i am still working on my zumba doing 20mins a day at the momment trying to work myself up to the tougher classes i will get there though because i am loving it :-))) no change on my weight though as yet :-((

Well with the kids being home for half term i dont seem to get much done but i am trying to fit things in as aften as i can from next week i will be more focused and get on with things i must i need i will lol

About me

Ok if your like me im always on some sort of diet or another but since having an accident last year i seemed to have lost all intrest in any form of exercise as it always reminded me of how i fell and how i couldnt walk for months afterwards, Well my life has changed a LOT since last november and ive honestly had enough of a lot of things and people that were in my life upto then and even now so im changing FOR ME to get me out of my slump.

I have always tried to exercise i was doing three kickboxing lessons a week for almost two years and it didnt help me weight one little bit i always stayed around 13 and a half stone to 14 stone the whole time even though i dont eat a lot. Well since finishing my weight has crept upto 14 stone 9 even though i am still wearing all my size 14 clothes but im beging to wonder if i dont get more active how much longer that its going to stay that way so a new me must come out. I hope i can find the support i need from those i love to try help me get through this that would be fantastic :-))

I have started the new look me by getting a really short haircut figured it wuld help to have my long hair cut off with the exercising and i have dyed it red too so its all change for here on i hope xxx
